A real passionate of the web since the very beginning, Laurent immediately began learning on mastering the web because he believed that the computer screen is the window to the world. Now, with over 12 years of experience in the field of IT, he is currently in-charge of Noveo Ltd. His interests include music, graphic design and the web. His personal motto: Do things seriously without being serious.
Faardeen Madarbokas - the coding architect
A genuine architect about codes and enthusiastic about new technologies, Faardeen is the Project Manager at Noveo Ltd and has over 5 years of experience in Web Development. Expert in Front-End Architect and open source technologies, Faardeen’s interest involves keeping up to date with the latest technologies including web mobile. He enjoys playing football and computer games. His preferred motto: Programming is an art of logics.
Sohail Zama Khan - the digital artist
“He who hath masters Photoshop, masters creation”. Having wide experiences in all fields of design and art direction including advertising, Web, magazine, newspaper and printing, he is apt in handling all graphical issues to provide the best possible results. Sohail has a wide range of interests and hobbies including music, bike riding, sketching, movies etc.. and is always ready to experience new things. His personal motto: Believe in yourself, tomorrow will be yours.
Ludovic Surju - the ultimate analyst
SEO and Web Marketing have no secrets for this man. With over 3 years of experience in this field, Ludovic, caters for everything with regards to promoting websites for better page ranking. As the SEO analyst of Noveo Ltd, Ludovic controls the graphs, statistics and analysis. He also manipulates Web development and Software development. He is keen on watching football and playing drums. Anoop Purushotam - Creative Copywriter
Anoop has past experiences in Journalism, Marketing and Public Relations. His hobbies and interests are reading, football, photography, playing the guitar but what he loves most is to write creative contents. With the main task of writing amazing and clever articles, Anoop also has the task to promote websites on community forums and social networks to deliver fast, precise and unrivalled contents for websites and blogs. Our graphic stylists are experts in digital imagery in photo clipping, photo retouching and photo optimization. They always aim to deliver their workings within the time limit set.
Sharon Leste
With previous experiences in communication and over five years experience in design, Sharon is a professional Graphic Stylist. Her hobbies include TV, going out and caring for her children. Her preferred motto: Good design is obvious. Great design is transparent. (Joe Sparano)
Joey Wong
Having four years of experience in graphic design, Joey enjoys clipping photos and creating photomontage of various items. He is also well versed in Illustrator. Denis Larhubarbe
Denis is our latest recruit in the Graphic department and he possess over four and a half years of experience in graphic design. Music is a passion for him and he plays percussion instruments such as drums and darbuka in several musical bands.

Fabrice Cateaux
This man loves talking with customers on the phone and guiding them towards satisfaction. With previous experiences in the sales sector, Fabrice continued on the same career path and is presently working as Tele Marketer. His hobbies and interests are mostly playing the guitar, singing, basketball and pool.
Richard Suzanne
Blessed with a golden voice, Richard captivates everyone’s attention when he speaks. Having worked as Sales Representative in several institutions, Richard is now a Tele Marketer. He enjoys watching football and reading books.
Sharon Chady - the perfect coordinator
Sharon is the one who coordinates all administrative activities at Noveo Ltd. Interested in phoning Noveo Ltd, you will get Sharon on the phone first. She will be glad to answer all your queries. Beyond this, she caters for human resources, employee welfare and manages the office procurements. At home, she enjoys going out on tour with her family across the island.
Pet fish - Our close friends
Our small humbly bubbly little fishes represent our sources of motivation. Two months ago we bought seven fishes to put in our small lake, today we have more than a dozen of them. Whenever we walk near the fish pond, those small cuttie pets swim towards us and open their small mouth for us to feed them. A real source of distraction, these fishes simply makes the day of each one of us.
